A little bit about myself… March 25, 2008

I am currently a Junior at Monmouth University and a Television and Radio Production major. I just completed an intensive internship with The Martha Stewart Show and worked in their production, studio operations, and post-production facilities.  I love food, I love to travel, I love extreme sports, and I love living the college life. But, I really am eager to get out into the real world and start working.  Currently I am editing episode 3 of What’s the Dish? and it will air shortly on Hawk Tv. It’s a bit rough producing, hosting, and editing the show, but I have an amazing support system at the station that help me whenever I need them. <3  I’m learning how to blog as I go and hope to have videos of the show up shortly! Keep it fresh,LC

Hey everyone! If you haven’t heard or seen, Hawk Tv just debuted my new cooking show, What’s the Dish?!It’s all about making what I like to call “Dorm-et”. What exactly is Dorm-et you might ask… well I’m sure you’ve heard of gourmet.. but that’s usually small portions and large prices.. this is all about making great food, in a dorm room or apartment, on a budget.I’m sure there’s been a time when take-out and the dining hall just couldn’t fulfill your hunger for a home cooked meal, well, now What’s the Dish can help you solve that problem. As you all know, I have a very specific personality, and you have to keep that in mind when you watch the show and see my sarcastic self guide you through the cooking world through genuine words of wisdom, and some deadpan comedy. I hope to take this show all the way to the top, so I really need your support! I will be updating this group with dates and times for events and food sampling around the Monmouth University campus as the weather gets warmer and I’d love to see you there! Comment me!! Feel free to discuss your favorite part of the show here, suggest recipes, request recipes, or just say hi!Thanks again for your support!
